Can I take print the report using crystal report.

Hi,
I am displaying the report through web using jsp and IBM RAD
Everything is working fine . but I am able to take the print through browser.

Now I am unable to take print of a report using crystal report. .

Is it possible to print the report ? .

when I click on the print option on a tool bar of a crystal report 10.
it display the print dialog box.
but it will not print the report .
But the report will be displayed in another browser.
Please send me the solution as soon as possible it is very very urgent...
