Can not find "this" newgroup on Outlook newsgroup...Help

Hi Seir,

I'm new to SQL and want to learn beginning SQL..

But onlye microsoft.pulic.hk.microsoftsql appear on the newsgroup in

the Outlook. So how to subscribe this news group (or the anoter for beginner)

in the Outlook for me to read it OFFLINE...
