I need to install SQL Server 2000 on a Windows XP box.. is this possible?
if yes, how?
if no... can I only install MSDE?
if yes I have not been able to install MSDE successfully while being able
to specify the sa password... and attach my database...
any help greatly appreciated!!!
MichelleYes you can. You can install either the desktop edition or the developer

Enterprise editions. You should however, be able to install the Personal
edition or MSDE...
